How many hours do you spend hunched over a computer — either writing an essay or fiddling around on Facebook?  In Acupressure for the Office, Cass Redmon, a certified acupressurist, will teach computer users how to use finger pressure to release shoulder tension that could “contribute to headache, fatigue, carpal tunnel syndrome and insomia.”  One of his tips is to use a tennis ball in a sock to massage those hard-to-reach places on the back.
