Winter is coming, and with the changing of the seasons, the UCSC athletic seasons are also changing. The soccer teams have kicked off their off-seasons and the sun has set on women’s volleyballs’ bumping and spiking. But men’s and women’s basketball have tipped off with all the promise a new beginning brings.
