The editorial opinion originally run in the print and online editions of City on a Hill Press under the headline “Rain Dance Required” has been updated with a new headline, “A ‘Rain Check’ for Winter Weather in Santa Cruz.” Upon further reflection, the City on a Hill Press editorial board has decided the original title was not appropriate to the piece, and could be offensive to our readers.
